A Satisfaction Meeting was held at Karacasu District State Hospital to strengthen internal communication and increase employee satisfaction.
The meeting was attended by the Hospital's Chief Physician, Specialist Dr. Gamze Tüten, and the Hospital Manager, Oğuz Kaan Kuzubaşlı. During the meeting, the opinions, suggestions, and requests of employees were listened to, and ideas were exchanged regarding the provision of higher quality and more effective healthcare services. Improvements that could be made to increase employee satisfaction levels were discussed.
Karacasu District State Hospital Chief Physician, Specialist Dr. Gamze Tüten, stated that an employee-focused approach positively contributes to the quality of service and that such meetings will continue at regular intervals.
