HOSPITAL RULES TO BE FOLLOWED BY PATIENTS AND COMPANIONS
1. Patients and companions must respect the rights of other patients and visitors.
2. Men, the elderly and persons under 18 years of age are not allowed as companions.
3. Each patient may be accompanied by at most one companion. If there is more than one companion, the other companions will be charged according to the ministry tariff.
4. The food of the companions who stay permanently is covered by the institution within the general principles.
5. Companions are obliged to take care of patients within the directives of physicians and to comply with the discipline of the institution.
6. Accompanying persons are not provided with health services in the wards.
7. Accompanying persons must comply with the order, cleanliness and rules of the ward.
8. Companions must use the hospital's belongings and materials regularly and cleanly and must not damage them. If damage is detected; the person who caused the damage is responsible for the compensation of this damage.
9. Companions may not bring food from outside for the patient “without the physician's knowledge”.
10. Companions must give their name-surname and contact information to the floor secretary during hospitalization.
11. Companions must get their companion cards from the ward nurse during the patient's hospitalization in order to use their companionship rights in our hospital.
12. Companions are responsible for keeping the companion cards during the patient's hospitalization. In case of loss or damage, the responsibility belongs to the companion.
13. Companions may be changed when necessary.
14. Companions can use the day rooms in the wards for resting.
15. Companions cannot leave the ward without informing the nurse.
16. Companions cannot take visitors with patients outside of visiting hours. Visiting hours are between 13:00 - 14:30 in the afternoon and 19:00 - 20:30 in the evening every day.
17. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the hospital, and those who smoke are subject to penal action in accordance with Law No. 4207.
18. People who accept these conditions can stay with a companion.
19. The accompaniment of those who do not comply with the rules or do not accept the rules will be canceled.
20. In order for discharge procedures to begin, the nurse in charge of the service must check the room and approve the discharge process.
